* How long does shipping take?
Shipping is normally 7-10 business days MAX! (Excluding holiday weeks - Delays may occur) Our shipping days are on Tuesday's and Friday's. You must place your order on Thursday before 9pm for your order to be shipped out on Tuesday and Monday for before 9pm for your order to be shipped out on Friday.
*How long will my hair last?
With proper care the hair is bound to last anywhere from 12-24m with proper care. If you're rough with your hair and or don't take care of it you won't get the results that you're looking for. Our advice is to treat your tresses as if it's growing from your scalp.
How many times should I wash my hair?
We highly recommend that you DON'T shampoo your extensions. Doing so will strip the natural oils and shine from the hair causing damage and the hair to become dry. Condition your hair before installing it!! Co-wash your hair at least once every week and a half. Our curlier textures may require more maintenance compared to our Straight and Body wave textures.
Can the hair be straightened, curled, colored or bleached?
The answer is YES. We recommend that you take your hair to a professional if you chose to color or bleach it. We also recommend using a heat protectant for any styles that include heat.
What conditioner would you recommend us to use?
Aussie conditioner. I highly recommend this product. It smells great and leaves the hair feeling moisturized.
